Recording LINK

Katya encourages each us to be open and honest about our bodies, our cycles, our hormones. To come together, to share, and to learn. She also encourages radical self-advocacy in the medical field to work with your healthcare providers, to do your research, and to trust your gut. She reminds us to stop suffering in silence ,to get support, and keep trying until you find what will work for you.

We totally understand burnout in the field of advocating for your own health - When you are overwhelmed, the last thing that you want to do is add more things in. But we also have learned that if what you are doing isn’t working - you have to try something else.

We hope that you find this episode to be helpful as you navigate your own health and spiritual journey.
