Katya has an extensive background in Shamanic Studies, having trained with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies founded by Michael Harner. Her journey includes a series of healing practices such as journeying, psychopomp, divination practices, calling of the spirits, and drumming and soul dance. She has furthered her awareness through Advanced Usui Reiki Healing studies at One Light Center in Durham and attained her Reiki Usui Master Teacher certification at the North Carolina Reiki Training Center in Asheville. Her techniques encompass crystal Reiki healing, brain balancing, aura clearing, Reiki movement, activation of Earth Star Chakra and Body, Spiritual guidance. Today, Katya has created a sustainable fitness coaching business called Body Strong Vibes.
