After reviewing your inquiry and learning you struggle with weight, fatigue, not being consistent with your fitness goals, the yo-yo dieting and stress, I knew I needed to share my story with you.

I struggled too. Just like you, I truly wanted to loose weight fast and starved myself to look thinner or overstrained in the gym.  But, honestly, it was a struggle until I finally learned/discovered/implemented a consistent resistance training routine, focusing on muscle training with a full body routine framework at least twice a week. It’s THE most important thing you should consider before you, are you ready to commit to CHANGE? to your best fit version of Body Strong? 

My story is a typical story with a happy ending, where the HERO decides to take the life in its own hands. I did that too, post my Cancer treatment I dealt with post traumatic chronic pain and I was out of shape with brain fog and daily fatigue. I put several pounds and dealt with constipation, stomach pain and total exhaustion. I could not take any fitness approach so I needed to create mine by trial and error. I started with a medicine ball 8 lbs. and build up to a full barbell training. You see I researched a lot to realize the only way I can recover and get stronger is to build lean mass while using resistance training. I started with beginner mode then transitioned to gym equipment and later understood that there are three PILLARS needed to build a healthy sustainable weight management routine:

  1. Discipline - build a workout plan, when, where and how long you commit for at least 60 days timeframe. 
  2. Consistency- frequency, to reduce rejection and mental blocks start with twice a week full body resistance training and build on that.
  3.  Progression and Overload - start at your fitness level, focus on form, depth, range of motion and slowly add volume, intensity and weight at last. What happens lots of people focus here on direct overload and increasing intensity too fast to soon which gets them injured. Therefore a setback is inevitable. 
  4. SETBACKS this is where I can bring the MOST value. I felt, overcame several setbacks and have practical tips to coach you through. I call this the "INVISIBLE  WALL" when you have a setback the only way you really transform and adopt the new fitness habits in your life is by realizing how to overcome the WALL instead going back to your old habits. I have several tools and understand the mind psychology behind it. This is WHY my Body Strong Program is a body and mind alignment to create your active life and enjoy your strong attitude towards everything you striving to accomplish, your self image, your self love, your relationships, your success.

We are used to live on autopilot and ignore the signs, the red flags of our own addictive behaviors, the unhealthy, unloving acts we tend to depend on.

For example, when tired and unmotivated we choose not to stick with our fitness routine. 

For example, when something health or fitness fails expectations we stop or loose interest. 

An empowered life helps you prolong your life spam, slowing down aging and contributing to an improved quality of life. 

 

Recognizing your Victim Mentality Patterns can improve

your physical health and protects your mental health.

For Releasing the Victim Mentality Thoughts focus on 3 Things:

  • You are enough and capable to overcome anything by building a plan.
  • You choose to lead with your heart by promoting self loving thoughts and acts towards your fitness and health.
  • You commit to Say positive words to your Body and Mind when you feel overwhelmed , tired, confused, frustrated, guilty, ashamed, bored, unhappy.

aking care of yourself does not mean being selfish or indulging yourself. Balanced living means taking care of yourself so you can live a healthy, fulfilling life, do your job. Hence accomplish all that you want to accomplish in a day.

 A big part of a balanced lifestyle is committing to looking after your body and becoming more attuned with its needs. Whether it’s exercising more or getting enough sleep each night.

 Prioritize morning routine can help to manage mental health issues and might even prevent them from getting worse.

Achieving a balanced life involves your own physical well-being, such as nutrition, hygiene, and seeking medical attention when necessary. 

Balance can improve your physical health and protects your mental health.

A balanced life doesn’t have to involve a huge time commitment. It does not have to be strenuous and taxing. 

Prioritize morning routines can help to manage mental health issues and might even prevent them from getting worse. The benefits of balanced life are reducing stress, the reactive state with less anxiety and improving health overall.

While many of us have a lot going on. It’s imperative that we take time out every day for ourselves. Another great thing about balance, is it does not have to cost anything. Therefore, you can even accomplish it in the convenience of your own home.
