I've always loved to fitness, but I struggled to stay motivated with every fitness routine I tried. Everything changed when I realized that a strength training routine is the key, unlike any other. Being a Cancer Survivor, fitness saved my life and gave me a new meaning.
My Story,
From Breast Cancer Survivor to Strength Coach, Fitness saved my life, building my mental and physical strength. I became unstoppable. Today, I am using my strength coaching expertise to change your Believe to Body Strong Blueprint. I learned that having a strong body with lean muscle helps you overcome anything. I am happier, stronger, and bolder than ever before.

Coach Katya here, sharing her latest personal fitness story and offering practical tips on how to balance the BODY and MIND work. The one I cannot live without, the other, and both need to become aligned for desired results. How you feel today should not dictate how you look tomorrow. There is mindset work congruent with our body work daily.

I strongly believe that through my fitness journey, I have come to self-realization that all aspects are key to the success of an improved quality of life and a balanced self-image of health.

My holistic quest took me in exploring Reiki and Energy work, my mindfulness, practices of meditation time, and daily affirmations confirm again my focus towards a Body Strong Vibes tribe of Heroes who understand and love living in their own TRUTH by being
