After reviewing your inquiry and learning you struggle with weight, fatigue, not being consistent with your fitness goals, the yo-yo dieting and stress, I knew I needed to share my story with you. I struggled too. Just like you, I truly wanted to loose weight fast and starved myself to look thinner or overstrained in the gym. But, honestly, it was a struggle until I finally learned a consistent resistance training routine, focusing on muscle training with a full body routine framework at least twice a week. It’s the most important thing you should consider before you ready to commit to change. To your best fit version of a strong body? My program is tried and true through me myself. My story is a typical story with a happy ending, where the HERO decides to take the life in its own hands. I did that too, post my Cancer treatment I dealt with post traumatic chronic pain and I was out of shape with brain fog and daily fatigue. I put several pounds and dealt with constipation, stomach pain and total exhaustion. I could not take any fitness approach so I needed to create mine by trial and error. I started with a medicine ball 8 lbs. and build up to a full barbell training. You see, I researched a lot to realize the only way I can recover and get stronger is to build lean mass while using resistance training. I started with beginner mode then transitioned to gym equipment and later understood that there are three pillars needed to build a healthy sustainable weight management routine.

I call this the "invisible wall" when you have a setback the only way you really transform and adopt the new fitness habits in your life is by realizing how to overcome the wall instead going back to your old habits. I have several tools and understand the psychology behind it.
